Account Registration

To use Promptrun, you must register an account via a supported authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect misuse, spam, or violation of these Terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use Promptrun to:

• Create, store, and manage prompts
• Share published prompts with others
• Execute prompts via supported LLMs
• Interact with public content and community contributions

You agree not to:

• Use Promptrun for any unlawful or harmful activity
• Upload or generate prompts that contain hate speech, personal attacks, or illegal content
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform beyond its intended use

Content Ownership

Your Content:

You retain ownership of any prompt or material you create and store on Promptrun. By publishing prompts, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content publicly on our platform.

You are solely responsible for any content you publish. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content.

Our Content:

All platform code, branding, design, and features are the intellectual property of Promptrun. You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit them without our written consent.

Prompt Execution and Model Use

When executing prompts via Promptrun, requests may be sent to third-party LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others through services like OpenRouter. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the terms of those providers.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or outcomes of any generated LLM content.

Credit System and Payments

Promptrun may use a credit system to manage access to prompt execution features. Credits may be free or purchased. All credit usage is final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, limits, and access at any time with or without notice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Promptrun for violation of these Terms, abuse, or any behavior we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

Disclaimers

Promptrun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

You use Promptrun at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptrun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., the State of Delaware, USA or Georgia, depending on your legal structure), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
